    Can I place an order online?

    Ordering is fast and convenient! Simply select your favorite laser items, add them to your personal shopping cart and click "Check Out" for your order total. After entering your shipping address and billing address (if different), your total will appear at the bottom of the cart, then simply click "Complete Order" to checkout.

    How do I place a phone order?

    We accept phone orders toll-free at 1-800-498-5061. Our Thinklasers.com customer care laser consultants are availble Monday through Friday 8am-8pm (PST) to answer any questions you might have. We'd love to hear from you!

    Can I get rush delivery service for my laser?

    If you need your lasers sent via rush delivery, please call our customer service hotline at 1-800-498-5061 during normal business hours Mon-Fri 8am-8pm PST or send an email to support@thinklasers.com. We will do everything that we can to accomodate your shipping request. Shipping price may vary where rush delivery service is available.

    What payment options do I have?

    All orders can be placed onlin using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club Cards. If you'd like to pay by check, your order must be placed via phone. After your order has been placed, please send your check to:

    Do you charge any sales tax?

    No. There is no sales tax assessed with orders through Thinklasers

    Think Lasers has no minimum-order requirement for any of the lasers we carry.

    We now offer some of the laser products through live streaming video online. This will help you see our lasers in action in a real-time and 3-D format.

    Order Tracking

    I want to check my order status, how do I do it?

    You have several options for tracking your laser order.

    -Track directly from our Web site online
    -Track from the official UPS Web site with your personal UPS tracking number, which will be emailed to you when your order has shipped from our shipping department.

  • Do I get an email confirming my order?

    Yes, you will receive an email confirmation of your order immediately.

    Is there any way to change or cancel my order?

    Please be sure to verify the details of your order confirmation immediately. If you need to make changes, additions, or cancellations to your order we strongly suggest you speak with a customer care representative at 1-800-498-5061 as soon as possible so we can do our best to quickly accomodate your request. If an order is in processing no changes can be made.

    What happens if my order cannot be delivered?

    If UPS is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect shipping address, the order will be immediately returned to us. The sender is responsible for any reshipping fees charged by UPS to successfully redeliver the package.

    For destinations where UPS does not ship, we use different carriers such as the USPS (United States Postal Service).

    Returns / Exchanges

    What is your exchange and return policy?

    We at thinklasers pride ourselves on carrying high-quality lasers, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. As soon as you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all of the laser items meet your expectations and are correct. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service at 1-800-498-5061 for a return authorization within 30 days of receipt. Please note that your return authorization number will expire 30 days after being issued. Please follow these simple steps:

    Please Note: The customer is responsible for shipping. Also, we do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost return packages and nonreturnable items returned back to us will not be shipped back to the returning sender nor credited to their account. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping carrier with trackable shipping methods as we cannot be responsible for any damaged or lost laser returns.

    How long until I can receive my refund?

    After we receive the returned package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming your credit total. Credit will be issued in 3-5 business days, please allow adequate time for your personal banking provider to process the credit.

    Can I return used, damaged, or modified lasers?

    Because of the condition of these items (i.e. they cannot be resold), used, damaged, or modified lasers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    Does Think Lasers charge a restocking fees?

    In order to receive a RA# for your return, you must contact us within 30 days of its receipt. We will charge No restocking fees on these return items.

    What if I receive my order but there are damaged items or other issues?

    All items are inspected carefully before shipment, please be sure to check all items carefully when you receive your order. If there are any damages, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-498-5061 at your earliest convenience, but no later than 7 days after the package has been received. A customer service representative will help you file an official UPS claim if needed.

    Shipping

    When will my lasers ship?

    Shipping is very simple and straight forward. Order placement and processing time (special orders and laser components) as well as the shipment time are considered in the time frame for any delivery. Every thinklasers.com order is processed within 5-7 business days.

    If a special laser order is required, there is a possibility of increased production time, depending on the personalized requested.

    Is shipping available to P.O. Boxes?

    Yes. Shipping is available to PO Boxes for all thinklasers orders worldwide.

    Is shipping available to APO/FPO addresses?

    Yes, however, delivery times are unable to be guaranteed for these orders.

    Is shipping available to Canada?

    Yes we ship direct to Canada, any and all taxes or duties inquired are the recipients responsibility.

    Do you ship lasers internationally?

    Thinklasers.com has provided high quality lasers internationally for several years and prides itself with fast and safe worldwide global shipping. We ship wherever lasers are needed.

    How do you calculate shipping?

    Shipping is calculated when you checkout and is a flat rate of 18.99 with an additional 4.99 for every added laser. Please contact us for any bulk laser order requests or special items for shipping information and cost based on size and final destination.

    What shipping options do I have?

    Thinklasers.com standar shipping option is through global carrier UPS and is typically sent via Air service shipping. After processing, the stated delivery time is 7-10 business days, but most lasers are recieved within a weeks time. Special requests can be made through contacting a think lasers customer care representative.

  • Will the lasers I order be shipped seperately or together?

    Typically, most lasers are shipped in a single package. For some laser goods, or large orders, there may be seperate shipments. You will not be billed for any additional shipments - there is only one shipping charge calculated per laser order.
